How works are shipped
Works are held by the artist and dispatched directly, or collected by an approved fine-art courier. Packing is appropriate to the medium, size and value of the work.
Timescales
We confirm a dispatch window with you after your order is placed. Larger or unframed works and international deliveries take longer.
Costs
Shipping is quoted at checkout based on the size of the work and the destination.
Insurance
Works are insured in transit until delivery is completed. Please inspect the work on arrival and tell us within 48 hours of any damage.
Customs and duties
For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
