1. About us
Art Pulse London is a curated online marketplace for original contemporary art. Works are sold on consignment: the artist retains ownership until a sale completes, and we act as their agent for the transaction.
2. These terms
By browsing or buying through this site you accept these terms. We may update them; the version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
3. Orders
A listing is an invitation to treat, not an offer. A contract forms when we confirm your order by email. Where a work has already sold or a price is shown in error, we may cancel and refund in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are set by the artist and shown inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
5. Delivery
Works are dispatched by the artist or our appointed fine-art courier. See our Shipping policy for timescales and costs.
6. Cancellation and returns
UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. Commissioned or bespoke works are excluded. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the work.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
