Get in touch

Re-pack carefully
Use the original packing materials. We arrange an approved fine-art courier; for change-of-mind returns the cost is yours and is deducted from the refund.

Collection booked
Our courier collects at a time that suits you. The work travels insured back to our studio.

Refund issued
Once the work arrives in original condition, your refund is issued within 14 days.
The fine print
Eligibility. Works must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Commissioned works. Bespoke commissions are non-returnable, but we'll work with you closely throughout the process to make sure you're delighted.
Editions and prints. Returnable under the same 14-day window, provided the work is unframed by you and undamaged.
Return shipping costs. If you change your mind, the cost of return is yours: we arrange an approved fine-art courier and deduct the cost from your refund. If the work arrives damaged or faulty, we arrange and pay for the return.
Condition. Refunds may be reduced to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the work.
Damaged in transit. Photograph the packaging and work, then email us within 48 hours. We'll arrange collection at our cost and a full refund or replacement.
