Who we are

Art Pulse London is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: support@artpulselondon.com

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
• Order details: delivery address, phone number, order history.
• Artist applications: your name, email, location, medium, portfolio link and statement.
• Newsletter: your email address and subscription status.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and basic usage analytics.

We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

Why we use it

• To perform our contract with you (orders, delivery, returns, artist payouts).
• For our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement, security).
• With your consent (marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

Sharing

We share data only as needed with our payment provider, email provider, hosting and database provider, and the artist fulfilling your order (delivery details only).

Retention

Order and tax records are kept for six years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Application data is kept for two years.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email support@artpulselondon.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

International transfers

Where data leaves the UK/EEA we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
