Artist Agreement

This agreement is between Art Pulse London ("we", "us") and you, the artist.

1. Consignment, not purchase

You keep ownership of every work until it sells to a buyer. We act as your agent to market and sell it. We hold no stock: works stay with you and are dispatched by you or by a courier we appoint.

2. Your terms

• Commission: 30% of the sale price, deducted only when a work sells.
• Reserve: 0% held back against returns and chargebacks, released when the return window closes.
• Payout hold: 14 days after confirmed delivery before funds are released.

Prices are set by you and shown to buyers as listed.

3. Your promises

You confirm that each work is your original creation, that you own it free of any charge, that you have the right to sell it, and that the description, medium, dimensions and edition details you give us are accurate.

4. Images and marketing

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use images of your work and your biography to market the work and the platform, including after a sale. Copyright in the work remains yours.

5. Fulfilment

You will dispatch a sold work within the agreed window, packed to a standard suitable for the medium and value, and provide tracking.

6. Returns

Buyers may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Where a work is returned, the sale is reversed and any commission and payout are adjusted or recovered accordingly.

7. Payouts

Payouts are made to the account you verify with us. We may withhold a payout where an order is disputed, under return, or where verification is incomplete.

8. Ending the agreement

Either of us may end this agreement with 30 days' notice. Orders already placed must still be fulfilled.

9. Law

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
